During the '80's, Federal funds were used for West View renewal. To qualify for funding, it was mandatory for the the SIDEWALKS to be bricked. They also wanted to brick my property, but I declined!

They couldn't brick my property then, so how is it possible for that same property to be the sidewalk now?
