JUST WHERE ARE THE EYES OF wEST vIEW's KEEN OBSERVERS?..... Laird Kircher did not notice any vehicles in front of my property, but also evidently could not see two contradictory signs in front of his police station, as he was loading and unloading himself from his vehicle over the many years he served as Police Chief? cHARLES hOLTGRAVER can belch his BS, but not ever notice the ambiguity of these signs in front of the doors he walks through on a daily basis? ...and did the Lying Ebbert ever see these nonsensical signs when she picked-up her checks at the Borough Building over the many years she was employed? Has no member of the wEST vIEW police force nor any of the wEST vIEW elected or appointed officials ever noticed this stupidity?
