There is
only one 'porpoise' here, and that is to show how one loose cannon is
allowed to single out and harass a resident for no reason whatsoever.
For this abuse to continue, unquestioned and unchecked by elected
officials, precisely illustrates the need for a two-party system
where checks and balances are in place.
Porpoises
are also called "Sea Hogs", not to be confused with any other hogs,
like sidewalk hogs!
